1) Min. order of $350 & 5 items (excluding service fee, GST & delivery charges)

2)No delivery service on 19, 22 – 24 Dec, subject to approval

3) Delivery charge of $45 per trip applicable (Extra $10 surcharge for CBD area)

4)No delivery service to Orchard area from 12-14 Dec; 18 - 25 Dec 2025

5)No delivery to Air Cargo, offshore (Sentosa), Central areas, Keppel Distripark, Airline Road, Kampung Bahru, Jurong Island, Pulau Brani area and venues requiring pass changing from 12- 13 Dec and 18-24 Dec 2025.

6)A no lift surcharge may be applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing.

7) For self-collection:
o Min order of $250 & 2 items (excluding service fee, GST)
o 19, 22 – 24 Dec: min order of $300 & 2 items (excluding service fee, GST)

8) From 19, 22 – 24 Dec, ONLY festive bento priced $15 & above is available

9) $13 Chinese Vegetarian & $16 Indian Vegetarian Bento Festive Price (+$1) is applicable from 12, 19 – 24 Dec
