- Food comes with complete table layout with skirting, warmers, and full set of disposable cutleries and serviettes
- Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
- Food is best consumed within 3 hours
- Menu is not entitled to further discount, unless otherwise stated
- Package prices quoted are subject to GST
- Orders must be placed 5 working days prior to event date
- 10% Service Charge for waste management, labour & equipment set up is applicable
- Delivery charge of $90 ($98.10 w/GST) per return trip applicable
- An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.90 w/GST) will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
- Surcharge of $100 - $200 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
- Surcharge for venues with no loading bay from $100 - $150
- Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
- For high demand periods, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/–) from the stipulated delivery time
- Chilli Manis Catering reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location deemed unsuitable or unsafe
- Chilli Manis Catering reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
- In the event of dispute, Chilli Manis Catering holds the final decision
