I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Chilli Manis Catering, especially Emily Seah who was handling our company bento orders. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Your timely responses and proactive follow-up throughout the ordering process, right up to the delivery of the food, were truly commendable. It gave us great confidence that everything was well taken care of. The food quality was excellent — fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. We especially enjoyed the French beans, which were cooked perfectly with a nice crunch. The portion sizes were generous and well-received by everyone. The delivery team was also fantastic. The food arrived on time, and the delivery process was smooth and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and much credit goes to you for your dedication and attentive follow-up from order confirmation through to delivery. Thank you for making the event a success. We look forward to ordering from Chilli Manis again in the future and would highly recommend your services to others.Posted on Google

I ordered the mini Buffet for 15 pax. Food was delivered on time with DIY warmer. However, only 30 small pieces of prawn roll and 20 small pieces of nonya kueh were treated as two dishes. Insufficient to go round. Overall, the quality and taste were good.Posted on Google
Stella C2026-10-18Many thanks to Chloe for being so supportive, patient and kind in the ordering process! Her recommendations and advice helped smoothen the whole experience of ordering!Posted on Google
Darryl Hoo2026-10-13Thanks to Emily Seah and Chilli Manis team for helping make our family event such a success. While food is never the main reason relatives and friends come together, it is certainly one of the things people remember long after the event. A special thank you to Emily for the smooth coordination and attention to every detail. From the prompt arrival of your team to the beautifully presented and delicious food, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Your efforts played a big part in making the celebration enjoyable and memorable for everyone. We truly appreciate it! 🙏😊Posted on Google
Alex Tay2026-10-03Ordered the Tantalise A from Chilli Manis on 3 Oct for my company Family Day event. Thai Pinapple Rice is tasteless and Honey Glazed Chicken is too hard. Totally not worth the price I have paid for. Lastly, the collection time was delayed for 40 mins, which was ridiculous! Imagine I had to hold the event venue for another 40 mins just because the driver was late! I will not use use chilli manis again.Posted on Google
Cheong Christina2026-09-29The buffet high tea for our family gathering was very good, with a great variety of snacks. Everybody enjoyed the food especially the chicken wings. We like to thank Emily and the uncle who delivered the food and set the table. They are very professional. We will definitely order from Chilli Manis again. Highly recommended! Thank you!Posted on Google

Shivani Ekkanath2026-09-25Chilli Manis provided us with a very positive service when we catered for a whole of organisation lunch. They were very seamless and accomodating to changes. A special thank you to Alyssa Goh who was very patient, professional and receptive. I would highly encourage evertone to cater from Chilli Manis for their next event or programme. The set up is quite elaborate and the selection of dishes is also very broad. Keep up the good work, and thank you for everything!Posted on Google
Mary Office2026-09-23Thank you Alyssa for the great service! Everyone was happy and enjoyed the food yesterday. Just one piece of feedback — the portion provided for 50 pax was a little small, especially the meat. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you! 😊Posted on Google
Reduwan Abu Bakar2026-09-22We had a great experience with Chilli Manis Catering, especially with Emily, who went above and beyond to assist us with our catering arrangements. We had some specific requirements regarding the billing, as we needed to split the payment appropriately under our marketing budget. Emily was very patient, responsive and accommodating, and took the extra effort to understand our requirements and work out a suitable arrangement for us. The food was good, and the presentation was particularly unique and nicely done. Overall, the catering was well received by our guests. Really appreciate Emily’s excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Emily and the Chilli Manis team!Posted on Google
Angelyn Ang2026-09-20General good reviews of the food spread, esp the Mixed Veggies Medley, Honey Chicken and Mini Soon Kueh. The only shortcoming was the bean curd, quite plain if without any dressing sauce added on. Overall, good vibes with this first Corporate Order from Chilli Manis Catering for our event on 19/9/26. Kudos to the good customer service of Emily Seah for her diligence coordination and prompt follow up with queries and special requests. The Catering delivery crew was also punctual, professional and efficient.👍Thank you !+1Posted on Google
Belle Lim2026-09-20Sad portions Uncooked food Poor customer service. Im not sure if anything else can top this. Not engaging them ever againPosted on Google
Nur Fidiyana Shidek2026-09-18Alyssa attended to my request and was very fast, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She also gave great food recommendations. The delivery was prompt and even arrived earlier than expected, and the tear-down was handled smoothly as well. The food was delicious, especially the curry chicken, which was definitely a favourite! Overall, a very pleasant experience and great service. 😊+0Posted on Google
Chua Seok Kwan2026-09-17Overall, I'm satisfied with the catering service. The sales manager was responsible and helpful throughout the process. The food tasted good, and the portion sizes were just right. One area for improvement would be the disposable cutlery - it would be better to provide a few extra sets for convenience. The delivery personnel are also friendly, punctual and pleasant to deal with.Posted on Google
Faiza2026-09-15Happy to have worked with Chilli Manis for our event. Setup and Food handling were done professionally and staff who came to setup was well equipped, did a quick setup. Food served were well presented and liked by guests. Thanks to Ms Emily for helping to coordinate the order. Much appreciated from the team! Hope to see them around for more events!Posted on Google
Tony Tony Chopper2026-09-13Decent catering food, ordered the mini buffet international for 10pax. Had to select 9 dishes which turned out to be super alot of food with how big the portion is too. I think it couldve easily fed 15pax! Would definitely order again in future but just be mindful of the food portion as I prefer not to waste or eat too much re-heated food.Posted on Google
Joyce Cheng2026-09-11Mr David Siew, the Assistant Sales Manager, was very friendly and helpful. He was also very hands on and came onsite to oversee the whole set up and ensure all runs smoothly. Really appreciated him because his presence gave me great assurance. He led his team well and the whole experience was excellent.
