My repeated order as the food was very delicious and not dissapointing me. The blue pea rice was fragrant and the rice was cooked to a nice texture without feeling soggy. The ayam pongteh was rich and saucy instead of watery. The nyonya kueh was soft and not overly sweet. The ngoh hiang tasted crunchy and dense. Keep it up!

Engaged Chilli Manis Catering for my granny’s 95th birthday celebration for 45 pax, and the experience was truly wonderful from the start.

I submitted my order online on a Saturday, and within an hour, Alyssa called me personally to confirm all the details. She was incredibly helpful, detailed-oriented, friendly, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Right after the call, she even followed up promptly via WhatsApp.

What touched me most was that even when she was out of office, she still took the initiative to update me on when to expect the invoice. She really went above and beyond what was expected of her role.

What a great idea it was to cater a buffet spread from ChilliManis for a party over the weekend. Liaised with Emily for the whole thing, and it was a smooth process.

Food came reasonably on schedule with the delivery person calling me to inform of his timeline beforehand. The setup was also very pretty and came with a few peranakan decor pieces, true to their branding.

Actual food was amazing and high quality, and as per what I expected for the premium menu.

Great assistance by Chloe in arranging a mini buffet for my brother's ROM! Food was very well received by the guests, with the self-heating set up keeping the food nice and hot.
