  • Christmas menus available from 12 Nov 2019 - 1 Jan 2020.
  • Rental of equipment not available from 13 - 24 Dec (25 Dec subject to management approval).
  • No delivery to Air Cargo, Offshore (Sentosa), Central areas, Keppel Distripark, Airline Road, Kampung Bahru, Jurong Island, Pulau Brani area, locations that require to change pass from 12 - 14 Dec and 19 - 24 Dec.
  • No delivery to Orchard area from 19 - 25 Dec.

  • Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax.
  • Food comes with complete table layout with skirting, warmers, and full set of disposable cutleries and serviettes.
  • Food is best consumed within 3 hours.
  • Menu is not entitled to further discount, unless otherwise stated.
  • Package prices quoted are subject to GST.
  • Orders must be placed 5 working days prior to event date.
  • Delivery charge of $70 ($74.90 w/GST) per return trip applicable.
  • Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval.
  • Surcharge of $10 (w/GST $10.70) will apply for delivery to Offshore areas (Sentosa & Jurong Island) and Central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square - 03, 17; Orchard 22,23; Bras Basah 18, 19.
  • Waste Management Handling Fee is applicable for all orders that require collection.
  • Chilli Manis accepts payment methods like Bank Transfer, PayNow Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required.
  • A 3% administratve charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Card payments. The prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge.
  • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level.
  • Chilli Manis Catering reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
