Important Terms & Conditions

7th Lunar Festive menus are available from 16 Aug – 14 Sep 23
All items are subjected to availability
Orders must be placed 3 working days prior to the event date
7th Month Specialties, Praying items and Savouries items will be placed in disposable trays, tables are not included
Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
- Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
- An administrative fee of $100 ($108 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made

Delivery:

Minimum order of $350, minimum 4 items is required for 7th Month Specialties, Praying items and Savouries items delivery charge of $45 ($48.60 w/ GST) is applicable
Surcharge of $10 ($10.70 w/ GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23,24; Bras Basah – 18, 19
Self-collection is available at 2 locations: 1 Enterprise Road Singapore 629813 (West) & 1 Kaki Bukit Road 1, Enterprise One #05-03/04 Singapore 415934 (East)
No delivery to Air Cargo, Offshore (Sentosa), Keppel Distripark, Airline Road, Kampung Bahru, Jurong Island, Pulau Brani & central area, venues require change pass from 18, 22 – 23, 25, 26 (before 1pm), 30 Aug

Minimum order of 20 sets is applicable for Package A
Minimum order of 10 sets is applicable for Package B & C
Orders must be placed 7 days prior to the event date
Deliver will be made 2 days in advance, timeslots for Mon to Fri (exclude 18, 25 & 30th Aug) from 9am – 5pm
Package items are subjected to changes
Prices are subjected to GST

Not valid for use with other promotions, waiver of delivery & use of vouchers
Prices quoted are subjected to GST, and price changes due to price fluctuation at source
Full payment via Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card transaction
Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time
We reserve the right to change the price and menu quoted without prior notice at our sole discretion
In line with our go green efforts, do note that disposable table mat will not be provided. Let’s do our little part for the environment.
Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation, Chilli Manis Catering will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight
In the event of dispute, Chilli Manis Catering holds the final decision
